Our client is an instantly recognisable film studio who is currently recruiting a Retail Planning Analyst for the home entertainment division. You will be part-qualified or early CIMA / ACCA studier with at least 1-2 years experience gained in the Retail/FMCG and/or Media industry. You will need to have a strong analytical background with proven business partnering skills to build strong relationships and challenge Account Managers accordingly.
Working closely with the Sales teams you will play a vital part in the commercial decision making process providing insight on customer value, promotions and performance to drive account profitability. As the planning analyst to grocery accounts you will have full P&L ownership and perform analysis around the sales, margin, costs and pricing as well as participating in the budgeting and forecasting meetings. There is an immense amount of project and data-insight based work on the horizon so this role will offer significant amount of variety. Our client is looking for the ‘right’ individual to have outstanding interpersonal skills, someone who can build solid working relationships as this is a true business partnering role where you will be working closely with sales, home entertainment and senior management team.
