Our client is a high growth, PE backed On-line Retail brand focused on increasing its market leading position through organic growth, innovation of its existing brand portfolio and an aggressive strategy of acquisitions in new and emerging markets. Partnering closely with the CFO, CEO and wider management team, this is an exciting opportunity for a visionary and yet hands-on, finance and strategy operator to become part of true success story.
This key leadership role will focus on the following areas:
- Leading and advising on business development projects, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, distribution agreements and equity transactions involving third parties
- Participating in and managing transactions from origination to completion including due diligence, deal structuring, post completion obligations and commitments
- Leading the corporate strategic planning process and assessing global risks and opportunities
- Developing close working relationships with Corporate functions and with Regional Management Teams ensuring that you are viewed as a valued and trusted partner
