Our client is one of the biggest and most exciting consumer goods organisations in the world with a portfolio of some of the UK’s most recognisable brands and they are looking for a highly astute individual to join their Global Reporting Team.
In this role you will be working within the newly created global costing team where you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely reporting of the overhead, advertising and promotional costs during month end. As well as this you will be expected to include commentaries and variance analyses between forecasts and actuals. You will be responsible for coordinating the monthly reporting across departments as well as taking on ad hoc projects in order to simplify processes, implement new systems and other various tasks working very closely with both non-finance and finance senior stakeholders.
This is an organisation with a culture of developing talent that encourages individuals to progress through the business and therefore we are looking for an individual who is highly ambitious with the potential to possibly move into some highly commercial roles. You will ideally be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 4 years experience some of which would be within the finance function of a large FMCG business. Strong communication skills are essential as well as an innate confidence as you will be working with senior stakeholders on a global scale.
